Responsibilities

As a Web Chat Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via web chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering top-notch service
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics related to productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* First Response Time (FRT): Respond to customer inquiries within 30 seconds

  • Resolution Rate: Resolve customer issues within 5 minutes
  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): Achieve a CSAT score of 85% or higher
  • Productivity: Meet or exceed productivity targets, including the number of chats handled and the average handling time (AHT)

Requirements

To succeed as a Web Chat Representative, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • A confident and dedicated personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
  • Excellent written communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a remote or virtual customer service environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
