Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Sales Chat Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Advertising and promoting shipping containers on Facebook Marketplace using our user-friendly software
  • Responding to customer inquiries via chat, following up with leads, and encouraging them to place an order
  • Closing sales directly on the chat by sending invoices from our company's system
  • Handling customer phone calls or assigning leads to our closers to ensure a seamless sales experience
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring timely resolution of any issues that may arise
