Job Overview

As a Live Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll serve as the first point of contact for customers engaging with our company through our website chat system. You'll provide exceptional customer service, respond to inquiries, and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams. If you're a customer service professional with a passion for the aquatic industry, this role offers an exciting opportunity to interact with clients and help shape the future of waterpark entertainment.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle live chat interactions, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Provide accurate information about arenaflex's products, services, and ongoing projects.
  • Assist with customer issues, troubleshooting basic queries or redirecting to the appropriate department.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve service and support processes.
  • Collaborate with sales and project management teams to ensure seamless customer service.

Qualifications
