Key Responsibilities
As an Outbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Learning our proprietary system for delivering scripted dialogue to schedule attorneys for hearings
- Gaining a deep understanding of our business operations and being able to make calls frequently to provide exceptional customer support
- Meeting or exceeding specific set goals and metrics to drive business growth
- Participating in daily stand-up meetings with the team to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas

Compensation and Benefits
As an Outbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you can expect a competitive starting pay of $12.00 per hour. Our standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm MDT, with opportunities for overtime and flexible scheduling.
