Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Virtual Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. As a key member of our Guest Relations & Operations Support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our guests, resolving issues, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities:
As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional support to our guests, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Leveraging AI tools, such as ChatGPT, to provide comprehensive guest messaging that resonates with our brand and values
- Screening potential guests and providing support to resolve issues in Airbnb, VRBO, or Marriott
- Communicating and escalating issues to Management via Slack
- Achieving 5-star ratings and Superhost Status
- Writing and responding to guest reviews on Airbnb, VRBO, or other platforms
- Reporting maintenance and damage issues to Operations via Operto Teams
- Reporting and submitting damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement
- Building, managing, and reporting in-house maintenance labor
- Working knowledge of business financials/accounting to assist the onboard of accounting systems
- Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management
Essential Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality or vacation rental industry
- Proficient in English, with perfect grammar and communication skills
- Experience with Guesty and/or HostAI is a plus
- Familiarity with AI tools, such as ChatGPT
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work part-time, with flexibility to work overnight shifts (optional)
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working with Operto Teams and Guesty Shield
- Knowledge of business financials/accounting and experience with accounting systems
- Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools and data analysis

Note:
