Roles and Responsibilities
As an Account Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Simplifying and maintaining sales operations processes and policies using lean methodologies to continuously improve customer account data by remediation in the UCM (Reltio) platform and downstream systems.
- Executing processes to support customer account requests within the agreed-upon support level agreement.
- Coordinating all activities related to quarter and month-end customer support.
- Acting as a cross-functional coordinator to resolve customer issues and complaints arising from account requests.
- Providing expertise outside of immediate team in the form of special projects as needed.
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in order management, customer sales/service, data entry, or similar experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales support, order management, customer service, and/or data administration roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various types of people.
- Familiarity with MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Strong English capability in both spoken and written.
- Willingness to work various shifts/hours at quarter close that can include weekends, evenings, holidays.
- A dedicated home office with high-speed internet access or the ability to work from the arenaflex Waukesha office.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
Desired Characteristics
While not required, the following characteristics would be an asset in this role:
- Experience with customer accounts and knowledge of Universal Customer Master, GL Prod, and Salesforce.com.
- Detail-oriented, with a commitment to delivering results.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on tight timelines.
- Strong team player with high levels of resourcefulness, energy, and enthusiasm.

Compensation and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:
- A salary range of $65,280.00-$97,920.00 Annual.
- Performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
- A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
