Job Summary:

arenaflex is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Assistant to support our growing team. As a Data Entry Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our studies, surveys, and data management tasks. Key Responsibilities:

As a Data Entry Assistant, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:

Help Desk Support:

Staff the help desk to assist respondents with questions and troubleshooting during the study.

Interactive Tracing:

Identify and resolve issues with incorrect/incomplete addresses and/or bad telephone numbers for cases.

Mailing and Receipt Management:

Assist in preparing and mailing the second questionnaire packet and services user appointment letters.

Data Management:

Receive, edit, and scan returned hardcopy questionnaires accurately to maintain data integrity.

Collaborative Support:

Work closely with other team members to ensure all study components are completed by eligible participants.

Position Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

Comfortable working in a remote setting:

You'll be working independently with minimal supervision, so it's essential to be self-motivated and disciplined.

Strong communication skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for this role, as you'll be interacting with respondents, team members, and other stakeholders.

Attention to detail:

You'll need to maintain accuracy in data collection and documentation, so attention to detail is vital.

Basic office software proficiency:

You should be proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other basic office software.

Previous experience:

While not mandatory, previous experience with surveys, data collection, or call operations is a plus.

Problem-solving abilities:

You'll need to be able to think critically and resolve issues independently.

Confidentiality:

You'll be handling sensitive information, so discretion and confidentiality are essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications would be advantageous:

Experience with data management software:

Familiarity with data management software, such as Excel or other data management tools, would be beneficial.

Customer service experience:

Previous experience in customer service or a related field would be an asset.

Survey experience:

Experience with surveys, data collection, or call operations would be a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

Hourly rate:

$20.45 per hour

Flexible scheduling:

Monday to Friday, with flexible hours between 9am and 8pm
