Job Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our business databases. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Data Entry: Enter a high volume of data from multiple sources into our arenaflex database, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Error Correction: Identify and correct errors using quality control methods, and notify relevant parties where necessary.
  • Data Review: Review data for discrepancies in information and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
  • System Maintenance: Notify applicable department leadership if the system is not accepting information, and maintain a daily production log to ensure accurate documentation of time and work.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform other duties as assigned, and contribute to the overall quality and integrity of our databases.

Education and Experience Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

  • Data entry experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of data entry experience or related office experience is preferred.
  • Employment type: Part-time employment with flexible scheduling options.
  • Salary: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
