Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative/Call Center Agent, you'll play a critical role in delivering outstanding customer service and support to our clients. You'll be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales support calls, identifying and assessing customer needs, and building sustainable relationships with customer accounts. Responsibilities

* Manage inbound and outbound sales support calls to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues

  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction and build long-term relationships
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
  • Meet personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers and exceed their expectations

Requirements

* Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative

  • Track record of over-achieving quota and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High school Diploma or equivalent

Nice-to-Haves

* Experience working in a call center or customer support environment

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer support tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience working with a diverse range of customers and personalities
