Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing top-notch support to our valued clients through our inbound call center
  • Utilizing excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and resolve issues
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
  • Adhering to arenaflex's policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality service

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful as an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (spelling and grammar)
  • Excellent listening comprehension skills
  • Proficient with basic computer applications
  • Clear, professional, and friendly voice
  • Type at least 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy
  • Excellent customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Spanish/English Bilingual
  • Availability for both weekend days (Saturday and/or Sunday)
  • Experience working in a call center environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

  • Part-time flexibility

  • Health and Dental benefits available to employees who work 30+ hours a week
  • Paid Time Off/Vacation Time after a year of continuous employment
  • Overtime pay during company-recognized holidays

Schedule:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be required to work a variety of shifts, including:

  • 4PM to 11PM or 12AM during the week
  • At least one weekend day (Saturday and/or Sunday) per week
  • Holidays (depending on scheduling needs)
