Your Role as a Clinical Support Services Agent
As a Clinical Support Services Agent, you will play a vital role in our telehealth platform, working closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide support and guidance. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Receiving initial calls from patients and gathering essential information
- Relaying information to clinicians to ensure seamless care coordination
- Providing empathetic and professional support to patients and families in need

Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed as a Clinical Support Services Agent, you'll need:
- Age: 18 years or older
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Accurate Keyboard and Typing Skills: Meet minimum requirements for accurate keyboard and typing skills
- Microsoft Office and Internet Navigation: Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation
- Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice
- Availability: Evening, weekend shifts required, including holidays (paid at time ½)
- High-Speed Internet: Access to high-speed internet on a personal network (cannot be a shared network)
- Private Workspace: A personal, private, and patient-confidential workspace environment is required
- Background Check: A background check will be conducted as part of the interview process
- Federal Work-Eligibility Check: A federal work-eligibility check will be conducted upon hire
