Job Summary

As a Customer Service Center Coordinator, you'll be responsible for handling normal and after-hours dispatch and documentation of all emergency calls for our Retail Commercial Services & Support team. You'll also provide support functions for several offices, ensuring that customers' needs are met during critical times. This is a 1st shift position, with anticipated hours of 6:00/7:00 AM - 6:00/7:00 PM, including weekend days as scheduled.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate and schedule field technical service activities and resources to ensure customer expectations and commitments are met

  • Provide support, information, prioritization, and coordination of assignments for field service personnel for emergency service dispatch and national/enterprise account call handling
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all service customers
  • Ensure all service requests and dispatches are well-detailed, coordinated, prioritized, and organized for review and follow-up action
  • Work closely with field service personnel to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of customer service activities

Qualifications

* Basic Qualifications: + High school diploma or state-recognized GED + 3+ years of experience in customer service call handling, dispatching, and service response in a related technical industry or military background + Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, PC, and business software systems (i.e. SAP) + Strong typing skills + Ability to work during times of high call processing activity and time constraint demands + Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

  • Preferred Qualifications:

+ Associate Degree + 3+ years of experience in customer service call handling, dispatching, and service response in a related technical industry + Knowledge of HVAC Controls Concepts (Mechanical & Automation) + Bilingual (Spanish or French)

  • The pay range for this position is $34,300 - $58,800, with the actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
