Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Manager - arenaflex Agent Team Member, your key responsibilities will include:
- Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships through prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and promote the development of our business
- Leading a team of 4 Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to ensure seamless customer service and sales support
- Collaborating with other agency team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Anticipating customer needs and proactively resolving issues to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong commitment to customer service and a passion for helping people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively relate to customers and coordinate with other team members
- Proactive problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently
- A Texas General Lines License or the ability to acquire one
- A competitive desire to sell and service insurance and financial products
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
- Experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the insurance industry
- Knowledge of insurance products and services
- Leadership experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
- FINRA Series 6 and 63 registrations or the ability to acquire them
