As an Experienced Revenue Cycle Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:- Data entry support for arenaflex's professional behavioral health revenue cycle operations, primarily in Qualifact's CareLogic, Netsmart's myEvolv, or Meditech's EHR system.
- Reviewing and analyzing credit balances on claims with complicated scenarios and suggesting claim actions to be taken.
- Performing adjustments for claims with credit balances.
- Reviewing denials for timely filing and entering appropriate reasons to be submitted for writeoff approval.
- Performing claim actions for claims approved for write off.
- Performing claim actions in bulk as identified by claims specialists.
- Performing claim actions on secondary claims satisfied by primary payers.
- Performing Quality Assurance tasks on your own work and reporting.
- Providing exceptional support to arenaflex's clients and stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:- A High School diploma or GED.
- A minimum of one year of data entry experience.
- Previous experience successfully managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders with a consistent track record of delivering on time, and/or high-quality results.
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:- Experience working with outpatient Behavioral Health insurance coverage.
- Experience working with Google Sheets, Excel Spreadsheets, and drafting emails.
- Experience working with CareLogic EHR.
- Experience working remotely and communicating through email and Google Chat.
- Experience with Massachusetts Medicaid products.
