Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to their queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with ticketing, baggage handling, and other travel-related services.

- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with new processes, technologies, and procedures to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- A minimum of 18 years old.
- Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies.
- Physical ability to stand and walk for an eight-hour shift, and to lift and handle baggage.
- Ability to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Ability to meet the Company attendance standards and uniform and appearance standards.

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
- Knowledge of airline operations, policies, and procedures.
