Key Responsibilities:

As a Data Entry Credentialling Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Accurate Data Entry: Enter and update provider credentialing information in the system with precision and attention to detail.
• Verification and Compliance: Verify licensure, certifications, education, and work history for healthcare providers, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and organizational regulations.
• Credentialing and Re-credentialing: Track credentialing and re-credentialing deadlines, ensuring timely submission of documents and maintaining accurate records.
• Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with providers, insurance companies, and regulatory agencies to obtain required documentation and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Audits and Quality Checks: Assist in audits and quality checks to ensure data integrity and maintain the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.
• Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports related to credentialing status and compliance, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
• Confidentiality and Security: Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive provider information, adhering to arenaflex's strict data protection policies.

Essential Qualifications:

* Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in credentialing, healthcare administration, or data entry preferred.
• Credentialing Knowledge: Familiarity with credentialing databases and healthcare compliance standards.
• Technical Skills: Strong typing and data entry skills with high accuracy, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
• Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills, strong communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external agencies.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Advanced Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration or business.

• Certifications: Certifications in credentialing, healthcare compliance, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits:
