Key Responsibilities
As a Customer-Food Service Representative on our overnight shift, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our guests, including answering questions, resolving issues, and making recommendations
- Maintaining a clean and inviting store, including restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and cleaning equipment
- Preparing and serving food and beverages, including operating a cash register and handling customer transactions
- Maintaining our in-store food program, including preparing and cooking food, and ensuring that all food is handled and stored safely
- Problem-solving challenges and shifting priorities quickly to ensure that our guests receive the best possible service
- Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve our goals and objectives
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude, even in fast-paced and high-pressure situations
Essential Qualifications
* You must be at least 16 years of age to work in our stores
- Great people skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including handling multiple tasks and priorities at once
- Ability to maintain a clean and inviting store, including restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and cleaning equipment
- Ability to problem-solve challenges and shift priorities quickly to ensure that our guests receive the best possible service
- Desire to help customers and provide exceptional service
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including overnights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer service, food preparation, or a related field
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other team members
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude, even in fast-paced and high-pressure situations
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new processes and procedures
