Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced drive-thru and dining room environment
- Taking orders accurately and efficiently, processing payments, and handling customer transactions
- Assembling and delivering food orders to customers in a timely and friendly manner
- Maintaining a clean and safe dining room environment, including cleaning tables, floors, and other areas of the restaurant
- Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience
- Adhering to arenaflex's high standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, team members, and management

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly and safely in a busy restaurant environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in customer service, retail, or food service a plus
Preferred Qualifications

- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
