As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be part of a dynamic team that supports our providers and payors, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to deliver exceptional healthcare experiences for our patients.

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our patients, and your interactions will set the tone for their healthcare journey. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming healthcare contact center calls with empathy and professionalism
  • Gathering and verifying demographic information using standard computer software and systems
  • Using problem-solving skills to identify immediate caller needs, including potential crisis calls, and routing calls to appropriate resources according to standard operating procedures
  • Documenting all call information according to approved operating procedures
  • Utilizing verbal communication strategies to effectively elicit information, gain confidence from callers, and provide reassurance
  • Accurately identifying caller's presenting concerns and documenting per protocol
  • Meeting quality assurance requirements and other key performance metrics, including punctuality and attendance

Position Requirements/ Skills:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare call center environment
  • Active listening, empathy, professionalism, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on first-call resolution and building value for the customer
  • Experience with Google Suite applications
  • Experience with data entry and call documentation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Medical terminology preferred

Pay Range:
