Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Associate to join our team on a seasonal basis. As a Seasonal Data Entry Associate/Order Blaster, you will be responsible for processing large business orders, updating spreadsheet information, and ensuring the accuracy and productivity of our operations. Key Responsibilities
As a Seasonal Data Entry Associate/Order Blaster, your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing all incoming Excel (Macro and Non-Macro) orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Formatting Excel orders as needed to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Setting up profiles for all Excel orders to ensure efficient processing
- Processing incoming paper orders from both Consumer and Business Gift Division in a timely manner to meet demanding deadlines
- Processing incoming Treasury Batch orders efficiently while meeting deadlines for Treasury
- Executing Customer Gift History lists to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Entering Catalog requests and address changes in a timely and accurate manner
- Managing incoming communications in a prompt, efficient, timely, and professional manner to meet all accuracy and productivity standards
- Monitoring and maintaining business and product knowledge information by utilizing all available resources
- Processing Special Projects for various departments throughout the company
Requirements
To be successful as a Seasonal Data Entry Associate/Order Blaster, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- 6 months of data entry experience
- Medium to advanced knowledge of Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask to meet the demands of the Business Gift Division
- Type 35 wpm
- Proven knowledge of navigation of a computer
- Excellent spelling and grammar
- Detail-oriented
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Minimum requirements:
