Role Overview
We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in Arlington, TX or San Francisco, CA (hybrid options available). As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success through regular communication and proactive issue resolution
- Guiding new customers through the onboarding process, providing training and support to ensure effective product usage and maximize ROI
- Identifying and executing upsell and cross-sell opportunities that align with customer needs, leveraging your analytical mindset and industry expertise to drive growth
- Tracking and managing customer renewals to maintain and grow our customer base, ensuring timely and seamless contract renewals
- Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to improve our services and identify growth opportunities, using data-driven insights to inform product development and customer success strategies
- Collaborating with sales and product teams to enhance the customer experience, ensuring seamless handoffs and aligned goals
- Willingness to travel and participate in system installations, as needed
Ideal Candidate
We're looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in Customer Success, Support, or Sales roles. If you have:
- 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Support, or Sales role, with a strong understanding of the fulfillment industry and its challenges
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers and internal stakeholders
- An analytical mindset, with the ability to identify upsell opportunities and drive growth through data-driven insights
- High emotional intelligence and empathy, with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving and issue resolution
- Proficiency with CRM software and a willingness to learn new systems, with a strong understanding of technology and its applications in the fulfillment industry
- A passion for technology and a keen interest in the supply chain/fulfillment industry, with a desire to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
