Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns when necessary
• Setting up new accounts, processing orders, and sending invoice copies
• Maintaining accurate records, updating customer information, and performing data entry tasks
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving
• Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
• Embracing a positive attitude, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• General accounting or office management experience (preferred)
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Docs (preferred)
• A caring, customer-service attitude with a "smile" in your voice
• Desire to advance and learn new skills, accepting new responsibilities without complaints
• Openness to change, embracing new job duties with a positive attitude
• A clean background and willingness to pass a drug test

Physical and Mental Demands

This role requires:

• The ability to sit for extensive periods of time
• The ability to bend, reach, and move around the workspace
• The ability to use equipment, including multi-line phone systems, fax machines, copy machines, and computers
• The ability to work in a noisy environment with other employees who are also on the phone
• The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• The ability to maintain regular, predictable attendance
• The ability to lift 10-20 pounds
