Key Responsibilities and Job Elements

* Support, Mentor, and Motivate Your Hourly Workforce: As a Full Stack Customer Service Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of hourly workforce and ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Manage Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Customer Delivery Promises: You'll play a key role in maintaining our customer expectations and ensuring that our customers receive their orders at the right time, to the right location.
  • Collaborate with All Support Teams: You'll work closely with various support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans that meet business objectives.
  • Lift Up to 49 Pounds and Frequently Push, Pull, Squat, Bend, and Reach: As a Full Stack Customer Service Manager, you'll be required to lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
  • Stand/Walk for Up to 12 Hours During Shifts: You'll be required to stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts, which may involve working in an environment with variable temperatures and weather conditions.

Essential Qualifications
