Job Summary

As a Manager in our Windows Servers Connection team, you'll be responsible for leading a group of 10+ technical specialists in providing 24x7 operational support for our Windows Server infrastructure. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our Windows Server environment, with a strong emphasis on compliance and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of technical specialists in providing 24x7 operational support for our Windows Server infrastructure

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and coordination of efforts
• Perform server maintenance and support tasks, including patch management, backup and recovery, and troubleshooting
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, including HIPAA and PCI-DSS
• Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve team efficiency and effectiveness
• Mentor and train team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24x7 support for critical issues

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum 2 years of experience in managing Windows Server teams, with a focus on operational support and compliance

• Strong technical skills in Windows Server, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
• Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware and Hyper-V
• Knowledge of IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with cloud-based services, such as Azure and AWS

• Knowledge of scripting languages, such as PowerShell and Python
• Experience with IT service management tools, such as ServiceNow and BMC Helix
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Experience with IT security frameworks, such as NIST and ISO 27001
