Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Mendota Heights, Minnesota. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless communication. If you're a people person with excellent communication skills, a passion for problem-solving, and a commitment to quality, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming telephone requests from excavators, homeowners, and facility operators

  • Follow scripted questions to obtain information about customers and their work sites
  • Enter data into a ticket format and identify work sites on a mapping system similar to Google Maps
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times, ensuring positive relationships with customers, peers, and management
  • Process information quickly and accurately using outlined criteria
  • Accurately read digital maps and provide clear, concise information to customers
  • Demonstrate an interest in public safety and understand the importance of our work
  • Work effectively and independently in a home or office environment

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED

  • Ability to listen and problem-solve effectively
  • General computer skills
  • Ability to adhere to a work schedule, including good attendance
  • Ability to work as a team and be self-motivated
  • Willingness to work overtime based on business needs
  • Availability to work during operating hours of the call center
  • Must pass a criminal background check

Preferred Qualifications

* Prior customer service experience (not required, but a plus!)

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with mapping systems and digital tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
