Job Summary
As a Full Stack Call Center Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch customer service and data entry support to our customers and patients. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, process data entry tasks, and provide support to our healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to customers and patients via phone, email, and chat
- Process data entry tasks, including entering patient and medication information into our systems
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries, working under direct management and adhering to arenaflex guidelines and procedures
- Utilize arenaflex's remedy information entry methodology and rules to process new enrollments and enter data into our systems
- Investigate missing solution data and decipher clinical truncations (SIG codes)
- Resolve data entry-related exceptions and escalate issues to senior-level staff as needed
- Provide support to healthcare professionals, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and resolving issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient and medication information
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Essential level computer skills, including:
+ Starting and closing the computer + Using the mouse to point and click + Starting and closing programs + Switching between programs + Saving files + Printing documents + Accessing data online
- Essential web browsing skills, including:
+ Opening a program + Composing URLs in the correct location + Using a web search engine + Bookmarking a website + Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons + Completing forms online
- 18 years old or older
Preferred Qualifications
* At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment
- At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly recognized certification agency
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction
- Middle to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, organizing records)
- Familiarity with Spanish and English
