Your Role

As a Work from Home Senior Customer Service Coordinator - Partnership Servicing, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving complex issues, and driving process improvements. You'll work closely with our customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their expectations. Your experience and skills will be essential in helping us to deepen relationships and loyalty with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, resolving complex issues and escalating concerns to senior management as needed

  • Develop and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet their expectations
  • Work closely with customers to understand their concerns and develop solutions that meet their needs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve our customer service and process improvements

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification

  • At least 3 years of customer service or call center experience
  • At least 1 year experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail, positive attitude, and ability to be flexible and adapt to change
  • Strong customer focus, with the ability to empathize with customers and develop solutions that meet their needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to problem-solve and think critically, with a focus on developing creative solutions to complex issues
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

* At least 4 years of customer service or call center experience

  • At least 1 year experience working in the financial industry
  • Experience with process improvement and change management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop insights that inform business decisions
  • Experience with coaching and developing junior team members

Work from Home Technology Requirements

* Secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions

  • Reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot
  • A private network that is password protected, with ownership or line of sight to every device on the network
  • Internet service must be provided by Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP)
  • Hotspots and satellite services are prohibited and do not meet performance criteria required for optimal agent/customer interactions
  • ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred
  • To validate ISP speeds from a Chrome browser, go to , type Speed Test and run from the Google landing page
  • Both Hardwire and WiFi internet connections are acceptable as long as speed and security requirements are met

Work from Home Location Requirements

* This role is 100% work from home

  • We are unable to consider applicants who do not meet the required arenaflex Work at Home compatible internet access or who live in the states of California, Hawaii, or US territories
  • Work from home U.S. based associates are not permitted to work internationally, outside of the continental United States (i.e. Hawaii or U.S. Territories), or California
