The Role
As a Customer Service Agent with arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients via phone, email, or chat. Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:
* Good communication skills
- Excellent written and spoken Italian
- Advanced level of English
- High school diploma
- Problem-solving skills to find the right solution for any issue
- Solid computer skills
- Flexibility and positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
