Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Support Specialist with a strong background in Spanish communication to join our team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions via inbound calls, providing an optimum level of service, and advising customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests. Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing customer interactions via inbound calls
  • Providing an optimum level of service with the aim of achieving the best resolution for the customer
  • Advising customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in Spanish (communication level)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
