Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, resolving issues, and providing solutions that exceed their expectations. You will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, interacting with clients via phone, email, and chat. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, and holidays as needed.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide solutions that exceed customer expectations and build long-term relationships
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions
- Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and issues
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
- Work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, and holidays as needed
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (spelling and grammar)
- Excellent listening comprehension skills
- Proficient with basic computer applications
- Clear, professional, and friendly voice
- Type at least 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy
- Excellent customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Spanish/English Bilingual
- Availability for both weekend days
- Previous customer service experience in a call center environment
