Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a remote basis. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and their customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be the voice of our company, and your excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer-centric approach will make all the difference in delivering a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and provide solutions to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and changes to ensure accurate and informed support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including service level agreements and customer satisfaction targets
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of customer support experience in a call center environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in computer software and operating systems, including Microsoft Windows and Google Chrome
  • Ability to pass a background check and tech check

Preferred Qualifications

* Basic knowledge of tax laws and tax concepts

  • Experience providing support in a call center environment and comfortable using chat
  • Familiarity with software troubleshooting and technical support
  • Ability to work in a training environment and learn new skills quickly
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
