WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Interface with customers via inbound calls who have questions or concerns that require additional support.
  • Achieve specific support and resolution on every call.
  • Use script and/or probing techniques to determine customer needs and offer the most appropriate advice or service for particular situations.
  • Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert-level support.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Experienced Customer Service Representative role include:

  • A High School Diploma and/or GED
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience preferred (or required)
  • Live within 25-30-mile radius of our Saint Louis, MO site
  • Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills
  • The ability to work rotational shifts as needed
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
