Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, handling customer inquiries and issues, and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with arenaflex. You will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities with ease. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our passengers, handling customer inquiries and issues in a friendly and professional manner

  • Work in a helpful and collaborative spirit to ensure the success of our organization
  • Handle customer transactions, including ticket sales, baggage claims, and other related services
  • Process payments, make change, and balance daily transactions
  • Handle customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on flight schedules, reservations, and other travel-related information
  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Handle customer baggage and freight, ensuring that it is loaded and unloaded efficiently and safely
  • Manage customer issues related to oversells, delayed or cancelled flights, lost or damaged luggage, and other related issues
  • Complete forms and reports as required by the organization
  • Write incident and complaint reports as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. hospitality, customer service, business administration)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to type or use a computer keyboard with adequate speed to meet the needs of the job
  • Ability to understand reports, follow directions, learn and understand tagging techniques, rules, and guidelines
  • Ability to work in a team environment, meet the public, and work under stressful circumstances
  • Ability to complete customer service training program with an 80% or higher average and assessment period
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to handle crises on a case-by-case basis
  • Ability to work under close time deadlines to achieve quick turnaround of aircraft
  • Ability to maintain a well-groomed appearance in accordance with the Ground Tasks Worker Handbook and Work Schedule
  • Ability to perform all job duties within a limited space
  • Ability to communicate verbally by phone, in person, and on public address systems effectively
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to communicate information and directions verbally or through radio equipment

* Previous customer service experience in the airline industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of airline operations and procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive and supportive team culture
