From manufacturing to marketing, (D)edication, (E)njoyment, (C)ourage, (H)onesty, (R)elationships and (A)mbition are at the heart of our everyday operations and the way we do business The Opportunity The Logistics and Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for managing the end-to-end customer order process, ensuring timely and accurate order entry, delivery coordination, and communication with third-party logistics (3PL) & transportation providers. This role plays a key part in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring seamless logistics operations, accurate data management, and proactive issue resolution. The coordinator will also contribute to process improvements and support cross-functional collaboration across departments such as Sales, Finance, Regulatory, and Quality. So, what will you be doing? This role has a broad and varied scope and the successful candidate will have responsibility for duties including:

  • Process and manage customer orders in Oracle, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment
  • Re-baseline orders with customers after resolution of customer order errors
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer order inquiries, order status updates, shipping discrepancies, and freight claims.
  • Set up and maintain customer accounts and master data in coordination with internal teams and 3PL partners.
  • Communicate proactively with distribution partners and direct customers to manage expectations and resolve issues.
  • Liaise with 3PL providers to ensure efficient handling of inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Monitor delivery performance and investigate delays or issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Support international shipments and export processes in collaboration with logistics partners.
  • Draft and distribute customer communications regarding supply changes, product availability, and delivery updates.
  • Track and document customer interactions to identify trends and improve service quality.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Product Managers to develop product allocations and provide timely updates to internal stakeholders and customers.

This is a FTC remote role - with a preference for the successful candidate to be based around Kansas or the East Coast.
