Job Summary

As a remote Cargo Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex's cargo operations, providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions. You'll be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive their shipments on time, securely, and with the highest level of care. This is a full-time, remote position that requires a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a passion for delivering top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions

  • Ensure that our customers receive their shipments on time, securely, and with the highest level of care
  • Collaborate with our logistics team to resolve any issues or concerns related to shipment delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions and shipment status
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and arenaflex's policies and procedures
  • Work closely with our customer service team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
  • Adhere to arenaflex's policies and procedures, including those related to data security and confidentiality

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, logistics)

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the logistics or transportation industry

  • Knowledge of air cargo operations and regulations
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Fluency in multiple languages
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
