Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative – Telehealth Support Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving and processing calls from patients and healthcare providers
  • Gathering information from callers and relaying it to clinicians
  • Providing empathetic and professional support to callers in various emotional states
  • Enhancing customer care skills through training and development programs
  • Working collaboratively with the arenaflex team to ensure seamless communication and support

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Accurate keyboard and typing skills (minimum requirements apply)
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice
  • Evening, weekend shifts, and holiday work required (paid at time ½)
  • Access to high-speed internet on a personal network (cannot be a shared network)
  • A personal, private, and patient-confidential workspace environment

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will be beneficial in this role:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Familiarity with telehealth or healthcare industry
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
