As a WFH Online Chat Representative/Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for military members seeking assistance with a wide range of topics, including benefits, procedures, services, and troubleshooting. You will be responsible for providing accurate and relevant guidance, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering solutions in a timely and professional manner. Your expertise in military-specific protocols and terminology will enable you to offer exceptional support to our nation's heroes and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer support to military personnel and their families via live chat platforms

  • Manage multiple chat interactions simultaneously, requiring excellent multitasking abilities
  • Respond promptly to inquiries, delivering solutions or directing them to the appropriate departments when necessary
  • Exhibit a strong attention to detail while maintaining professionalism and empathy for service members
