What You'll Do
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by:
- Connecting directly with veterinary clinics to process prescription requests, resolve client issues, and clarify order requests
- Conducting thorough examinations and issue resolution to determine the best solutions for clients and facility partners, with follow-up on a case-by-case basis
- Accurately entering prescription information into arenaflex's healthcare software
- Maintaining a high level of quality through data entry and order handling of veterinary pharmacy orders
- Working with empathy, attention to detail, patience, and kindness to clients and partners alike
- Embracing a willingness to learn and grow, with a culture of open feedback and continuous improvement
- Communicating with veterinary facilities via phone (and occasionally other channels) with various topics, utilizing our internal systems and frameworks to investigate solutions and record client note accounts
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
- Ability to multitask (e.g., chatting on the phone while exploring on the computer and taking notes)
- A strong sense of ownership, self-motivation, and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook
- High school education or equivalent
- Ability to obtain a Pharmacy Technician Permit from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy (if required)
- Strong decision-making skills
- Proven ability to perform multiple tasks and excel in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to adjust to changing business needs and adapt to new situations
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and stay at work longer than required on a case-by-case basis
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Ability to pass a background check
