Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service/Dispatcher to join our 24/7 call center team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls from customers and resolving basic customer service inquiries
- Scheduling work to be done by our mobile medical technicians
- Dispatching work to scheduled technicians and ensuring timely completion of jobs
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Maintaining accurate records and tracking variations in services offered by our clients
- Collaborating with multiple businesses and clients to provide exceptional customer experiences
Responsibilities

- Prioritizing, triaging, and making decisions to optimize workflow
- Working with our team to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless operations
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or dispatching; experience in healthcare or medical services a plus
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to work
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong internet connection and quiet, professional work area required
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a call center or dispatch environment
- Familiarity with healthcare or medical services

Compensation and Benefits
