Enterprise Data Strategy & Risk Management at arenaflex
The Enterprise Data Strategy & Risk Management team is responsible for developing and implementing data-driven solutions that drive business growth and reduce risk. We work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement, and to develop and implement strategies that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist on our Enterprise Data Strategy & Risk Management team, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the development of innovative and impactful strategies to drive business growth and reduce risk
- Analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions
- Reviewing and analyzing data quality, accuracy, and completeness
- Developing and maintaining data visualizations and reports to support business decision-making
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs and opportunities
- Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business growth and risk management
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data analysis and risk management. The ideal candidate will have:
- A Master's degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g. mathematics, statistics, computer science)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis and risk management in a financial services company
- Strong technical skills in Python, SQL, Spark, SAS, and cloud environments
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to translate complex data and analytics into business insights and recommendations
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrixed organization
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and prioritize business needs and opportunities
