Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., hospitality, business, communications) or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
