Key Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to clients and customers via phone, email, and chat
• Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Utilizing your expertise to proactively make recommendations that prevent future issues
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required

• Relentless drive to provide exceptional customer service
• Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in Spanish

• Ability to adapt to change and work well in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multi-task using technology while handling calls
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Work Schedule

* Hours of Operation: 8am – 12am ET, Monday – Sunday

• 40 hours per week, with shifts typically consisting of 5 consecutive days on and 2 consecutive days off (8-hour shifts)
• Shifts may change to meet business needs, so it's essential to have open overall availability
• Pay shift differentials for night and weekend schedules worked

Training and Development

* Comprehensive training program that combines classroom and on-the-job training

• Typically 2 weeks long, but duration may vary
• Classroom training hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm, with a lunch break
• Upon completion of classroom training, you'll receive your regular shift and start working those hours
