Key Responsibilities
As an Outbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through our scripted dialogue and scheduling processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Learning and mastering our proprietary scheduling system to efficiently schedule attorneys for hearings
- Developing a deep understanding of our business operations and being able to make frequent calls to clients and attorneys
- Portraying our high standards of customer support and exceeding specific set goals and metrics
- Participating in daily stand-up meetings with your team to drive collaboration and innovation

Schedule and Compensation
This full-time remote position offers a competitive starting pay of $12.00 per hour, with a schedule that runs from Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm MDT. As you grow and develop in your role, you can expect opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.
