Responsibilities and Duties

As a Chat Brand Representative for arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to golf enthusiasts on taylormadegolf.com. Your primary goal will be to assist customers in finding the right products to meet their needs, while also sharing your passion and expertise for the game and brand. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Being brand passionate and sharing your love and expertise for the game and brand
• Using primarily TaylorMade golf equipment to provide expert advice and guidance
• Communicating with customers at a professional level, both verbally and in writing
• Familiarity with the TaylorMadeGolf site and any related media/searches
• Ability to compare and analyze competitor products to provide informed recommendations
• Thriving in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple chats at once

Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• 5+ years of golf experience, with a strong understanding of the game and its nuances
• 2+ years of club fitting experience, with a focus on providing expert advice and guidance
• In-depth knowledge of current and past TaylorMade products, including their features and benefits
• Familiarity with similar products from other brands, including their strengths and weaknesses
• Ability to communicate and assist golfers on all TaylorMade products, from enthusiast to pro level
• Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 35 wpm, and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely

Compensation and Perks

As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere you can connect to the internet. Your compensation will be based on performance, with rewards redeemable for product and/or gift cards. You'll also receive payment for each chat interaction, on an hourly basis of $15, paid out weekly.

To ensure a seamless and efficient experience for our customers, you'll need to meet the following technology requirements:

• A desktop or laptop with a Chrome browser (tablet/mobile devices not compatible)
• A stable internet connection
• Reliable sound output
