The Role As a Loan Officer or Sales Manager, you will:
- Originate residential mortgage loans and grow your referral network.
- Lead borrowers through the loan lifecycle with expert guidance.
- (For Managers) Mentor a team and drive regional production goals.
What You Bring to the Table
- Active NMLS License (Required)
- 2+ Years of recent mortgage origination experience, or 3+ Years for Sales Managers.
- A proven track record of developing referral relationships and the ability to source your own business
- Strong knowledge of federal/state regulations and a client-first mindset.
