The VP will be responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract, recruit, and retain top-tier talent across all departments. This includes developing employer branding initiatives, optimizing recruitment processes, implementing advanced sourcing techniques, and building robust candidate pipelines. Simultaneously, the VP will oversee and evolve People Operations, encompassing employee onboarding, HRIS management, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. You will be a key architect of the company's culture, ensuring a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment as the organization scales. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of building and leading a high-performing HR team. You will partner closely with executive leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, providing critical insights and guidance on all people-related matters. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in building and scaling talent acquisition and HR functions in fast-paced environments. Experience in the technology sector is highly preferred. You will champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, ensuring they are embedded in all aspects of talent management and employee experience. Responsibilities: Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational growth needs. Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation. Build and manage a strong employer brand to attract top talent. Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition and HR Operations teams. Design and implement scalable People Operations processes and policies. Manage compensation, benefits, HRIS, and employee relations. Partner with executive leadership to align HR strategy with business goals. Foster a positive and inclusive company culture. Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations. Drive initiatives for diversity, equity, and inclusion. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred. 10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven experience building and scaling HR functions in a high-growth environment, preferably in tech. Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruitment, including executive search. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and HR technologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen.
