YouTube Growth Consultant + Channel Manager I’m the founder of CBAM / Becoming Psychedelic, an education platform focused on consciousness, transformation, nervous system awareness and psychedelic education. I’m looking for someone who understands how to help grow a founder-led creator ecosystem from the ground up through strong execution, audience growth strategy, funnel building, and content optimization. The right person understands how to turn content into engagement, lead generation, community growth, and paid conversion. What I Need Help With
- Content strategy & topic selection — identifying the right topics for this audience, not just broad trends
- Packaging — titles, thumbnails, and hooks optimized for click-through rate
- Video editing direction and retention-focused workflows
- Analytics and deep performance analysis
- Funnel building — turning viewers into email subscribers, community members, and course buyers
- YouTube channel management and publishing workflows
- Shorts strategy and content repurposing
- Social media and podcast growth to extend reach beyond YouTube
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience growing YouTube channels or creator brands
- Understands creator ecosystems, audience psychology, and conversion strategy
- Strong execution and organizational skills
- Proactive, analytical, and creative
- Comfortable working closely with a founder/thought leader
