HIRO 裕 IP Studio is always hiring animators and illustrators We build short-form animated IPs for gaming and entertainment brands. Our content has generated 600M+ views organically across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. No paid ads. We work with clients like FIFA Rivals (Mythical Games), OneFootball (200M users), Anime Heart Hunters (YGG Play), and Giga Noob (@playgigaverse), one of the fastest growing animated IPs globally with 600M+ views in under 6 months. We are building a talent pool of animators and illustrators we can activate as new IPs launch. What we look for

• Hand-drawn and frame-by-frame animation. No AI. The soul of the content comes from the craft.
• Character-driven storytelling. You understand how to make an audience fall in love with a character in under 60 seconds.
• High agency and autonomy. You receive a brief and you run with it. You can fully flesh out a video with your creativity and our guidance, without needing constant direction.
• Self-sufficient. You understand the assignment, you ask the right questions early, and you deliver.
• You move fast. Social media does not wait.
• You understand what makes content stop the scroll.
• You are creative, and understand Humor
