Cyber Threat Intelligence Customer Success Manager

We’re looking for a Threat Intelligence Analyst to join our Customer Success team. You will work closely with customers from the moment they reach the onboarding stage. You will develop an understanding of their values and goals, and work with them to enhance their defensive capabilities by ensuring they are getting the most out of Feedly for Threat Intelligence. About Feedly Feedly is helping companies stay one step ahead of increasingly active cyber adversaries by offering the fastest way to discover and research emerging security threats. We use an open-source intelligence engine that speeds up the discovery and research of emerging threats. We use machine learning models that automatically gather, analyze, and prioritize intelligence from millions of sources, in near real-time. We’re a remote-first, self-funded, profitable startup located in the San Francisco Bay Area. We serve 20 million individual users and over 2,000 organizations

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term and personal relationships with customers through regular and proactive meetings and interactions
• Ensure customer awareness, engagement, adoption and deep understanding of Feedly features in order for customers to achieve success
• Gain a complete understanding of Feedly’s role in customers’ operations
• Work closely with customers and the product team to translate customer needs into product features and enhancements
• Work closely with the sales team to transition customers from sales to Customer Success stage
• Collaborate with our marketing, development and customer support teams
• Turn our customers into advocates
• Produce and maintain the toolkit (tutorials, guides) we use to educate our customers

Skills and experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• You have 2+ years of work experience in threat intelligence, cyber automation, security analyst, or other security related role
• You’re passionate about customer success, helping customers, seeing them grow and adopting Feedly for Threat Intelligence
• You’re patient, empathic and have great listening skills
• You have a growth mindset, enjoy learning and growing as a person as we grow as a team
• You’re an effective communicator, both verbally and written
• Thrive in a 100% remote working environment

Location

• While this is a 100% remote offer, our ideal candidate would be someone who works during US hours, preferably from the West Coast.
