As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Retention & Renewal Specialist, you'll play a vital role in retaining and renewing existing clients while providing exceptional service and addressing customer needs. Your ability to investigate and resolve customer concerns, combined with your knowledge of our products and services, will help drive customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

* Engage with Clients: Make and receive phone calls to retain and renew existing clients while contacting potential and current customers to promote sales opportunities.

  • Drive Renewals: Monitor contract expiration dates and proactively reach out to clients to discuss renewal options, meeting established retention and renewal quotas.
  • Deliver Sales Pitches: Use prepared sales scripts to persuade potential clients to make purchases, gather client information, and follow up after initial contact to close deals.
  • Resolve Client Concerns: Address and resolve complaints from dissatisfied clients, ensuring their concerns are thoroughly investigated and resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Stay Informed: Maintain a strong understanding of competing products and services to accurately represent the organization's offerings. Stay updated on current promotions and offers, with the ability to extend discounts or special deals as needed.
  • Collaborate and Escalate: Handle basic issues independently and escalate more complex matters to senior team members when necessary, working under direct supervision.

Skills and Attributes:

+ Strong oral and written communication skills. + Excellent interpersonal abilities with a focus on customer/client orientation. + Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet goals. + Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office applications.

Experience and Qualifications:

+ Previous sales experience required. + High school diploma or equivalent. + Customer service experience preferred, with a demonstrated ability to build positive client relationships.

  • Varying shifts 8:00 am-8:00 pm ET
  • Rotational weekend availability required
  • Some holiday coverage may be required
